Guest Attire
Our dress code is established as a complement to the superior standards for which the Marco Beach Ocean Resort is known. We hope the following guidelines will be helpful in making your stay with us more enjoyable. Our resort casual dress code pertains to our younger guests as well.
Lobby
Guests should wear cover-ups over their bathing suits while in the lobby. Shoes and shirts must be worn in the lobby at all times.
Sale e Pepe
Resort casual.
Spa
Guests must wear robes and spa shoes while walking throughout the spa facility.
Fitness Facility
Tennis shoes and shirts are required at all times.
Reservation Policies
April 11, 2011 – December 21, 2011
One-bedroom suites:
- 1 night deposit required at the time of booking
- 3 day cancellation required.*
Two-bedroom suites:
- 1 night deposit required at the time of booking
- 7 day cancellation required.*
No-Show Policy
Should a guest not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the guest will be charged a No-Show Fee and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled. The No-Show Fee is the deposit amount for the reservation. Reinstating the reservation after the guest has missed the check-in date could result in paying the prevailing market rates for the suite.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who depart earlier than their initial scheduled departure date must notify the front desk at check-in to avoid an Early Departure Fee. The Early Departure Fee is one night suite and tax.
A credit card deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made beyond the cancellation periods stated above.
