Outstanding, caring staff to include concierge, bell and parking staff, to beach staff. Our thanks to the outstanding and helpful front desk staff. First night medical problem was handled by the front desk staff, to include calling drug stores, to get meds. Truly could not have been more helpful. Beautiful ocean view suite with no problems at all! Son and daughter-in-law had room adjoining and were very pleased. Concierge arranged car service back to airport which was perfect!

Perfection! Just returned from staying at the MBOR and there isn't enough room to list all the wonderful things we have to say! From the first phone call to Brian at the front desk and Linda in reservations, we knew we were dealing with the best in the business. The resort is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Loved the double sink vanity! We had dinner at Sale e Pepe and both the service and food were wonderful. Boyfriend said it was the best veal chop he's ever had! The 3 pm smoothies on the beach are a great touch. Couldn't end the review without mentioning the beach bar, its friendly staff, and the Platinum Margaritas by Mary K. They are a must! We will definitely be returning to the Marco Beach Ocean Resort.

Outstanding Gulf Coast experience. My wife and I just returned from our second stay at this resort and will absolutely return. The suites are roomy and modern, and the ocean view was worth every penny. Breakfast at the restaurant is very pleasant on the beachfront terrace but also just as nice on your own balcony since there are very well appointed mini-kitchens in the room if you want some privacy. The first time we visited the main restaurant was closed so we dined there twice this time: creative Italian cuisine, good wines, and like the rest of the property, warm, attentive service.
Branka the concierge went above and beyond with her assistance and all recommendations were terrific. A vey quiet, peaceful location, without the noise of a large resort but also appears to be popular with families/children.We have been in hotels large and small across the country and this place is a gem.

It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This. This is the second time we stayed here and it was even better than the last time! The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious with a great ocean view if you are above the sixth floor and the staff is excellent. Smoothies on the beach at 3pm and a wonderful setup staff to get your lounge chair and umbrella on the beach at no charge (but you should tip out at least $5.00 don't be cheap). Kudos to Tony and Branca at the front desk as well as Paulie for making this a terrific trip.

If you are looking to get away from it all, this is the place. The customer service is awesome and the staff is more than helpful. All the rooms have the best view to watch the sunset! Leave your cellphone, laptop behind on this vacation and just relax. I will be back !!!!

Could not have asked for a better vacation or place to stay! Beautiful resort with immaculate rooms. Service was superb. Well worth the money to stay here. Everyone extremely friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Its not many times in your life that you can feel like being treated like someone important! It was the case right upon arrival and was like that all the week we spend even at the checkout. Will definitely go back to this place. We loved the fresh perfume in the lobby, we were at 5th floor that is right at the same level as the swimming pool, very good towel service at the beach and at the pool, as at the bar for food and complimentary smoothies at 3 pm!

My husband and I were married in 2010 at an exclusive resort in Jamaica. This year to celebrate our first wedding anniversary we decided to check out Marco Island. After doing some research, we ended up making reservations for a week stay at Marco Beach Ocean Resort. Not sure what to expect (only going buy what we read on the internet), we were happy to say the least. This place is beautiful!!! In fact it's our new favorite place to visit, and we plan to return ASAP! The beaches are breathtaking, the hotel and it's staff are amazing and the food at the hotel's restaurant, "Sale e Pepe" is A++ (Tony the door man was the greatest, and our waiter at "Sale e Pepe" was top of the line). We couldn't get over that we were at a beach in the states . We now question why we went to Jamaica to get married with a resort and beaches like we found at Marco Island. I don't think we'll ever go back to Jamaica! So if you're researching the internet for a great place to relax and be pampered, look no more. Book your vacation with Marco Beach Ocean Resort, I promise you will not be disappointed!!!!
